Ali Audie

Ali Audie is a singer/songwriter currently based out of Charlotte, North Carolina and originally from Portland, ME. She first reached out to me right as Breakwater was getting ready to open its doors asking if I knew of any recording studios in the area to work on her EP. Naturally, I told her I knew just the place.

Her project was a very special one, as it was dedicated to her late cousin Ryan Audie, who had tragically committed suicide. Her EP was not only an important part of her own healing process, but was also made to help spread awareness about suicide prevention and mental health.

I’m proud to say her special project was the first project we took on at Breakwater. With the help of Matt Perry, our lead engineer, we helped bring her vision to life. Ali wrote all the music, with the inspiration to help her family heal and help bring more awareness to this important subject to the general public. Matt and I simply helped produce and record her songs, while helping her get set up to release her music on all major streaming platforms.
